CHICAGO (WLS) -- If you drive in the Loop, get ready for more lane closures beginning Tuesday. Closures in place on Washington Street now will be extended from Clark to State Street.

Throughout the weekend, the North and South-bound main lanes of U.S. 281, as well as the east and west-bound frontage roads of Loop 1604, will be closed to travelers at the interchange.

The Arizona Department of Transportation urged drivers to allow for extra travel time and to use detours due to closures.
