The Toolbar shortcut page allows you to customize the extra icons on Chrome's toolbar. Some options include opening a new tab, sharing a page, adding a page to bookmarks, and so on.

Next, go to the system menu and find UI tuner. The Navigation bar section should be right there. We're looking for the extra left and right buttons.
