Roblox on Tuesday launched a new format of video advertising on its gaming platform and announced a partnership with Google to help boost the growth of its nascent ad business.

Roblox has been slammed as a "hunting ground for child-sex predators" in a new lawsuit against the online gaming giant that alleges it caused the sexual exploitation of a 9-year-old boy.

The bombshell lawsuit alleges that Roblox knowingly created a “pedophile hellscape” while publicly promising parents their platform was safe for kids.
