Confrontation visual fields were significant for bilateral inferior visual field cuts. Intraocular pressures were 21 mm Hg in the right eye and 14 mm Hg in the left.

Normal confrontation visual fields were recorded in 10 cases of blindness and even death. Therefore, the clinician should perform an automated visual field test.

Extraocular motility was full, and confrontation visual field testing also was full in each eye. Red cap testing revealed color desaturation of 50% in the left eye compared with the right.

Confrontation visual fields were full in both eyes. Pupils were round with sluggish reactions to light. No relative afferent pupillary defect was present.
