The Brave team has announced that the privacy-centric browser will soon introduce new restriction controls allowing users to specify how long sites can access local network resources.

Brave will allow users to choose which sites can access local network resources.

Browse to "https://localhost:10000" from the computer running Webmin. Log in to the service. Expand "Webmin," click "Webmin Configuration" and then click the "IP Access Control" icon.

This gives you access to all the DHCP and NAT features of an Apple base station, but the two layers of NAT sometimes prevent connections from the outside world from breaking through.
