Open your Web page in your HTML editor program and navigate to the spot in your page where you would like to add the print link. Copy and paste the following HTML/CSS code into the page.

Locate the HTML file you want to add the downloadable link to, and double-click the filename to open it. Scroll down to the section of the Web page where you want the link to the file to appear.
