Copy and Paste commands work on most programs, websites or anything, really, that your PC is on. To copy on PC, highlight any text using your mouse by clicking and dragging across your desired text.

Now you can copy some text on your PC, then open any app on Android that supports a text field. Tap the Clipboard icon in the toolbar above the keyboard, and you will see the copied text appear.
