By default, hyperlinks in Dreamweaver use the typical underline to offset the text. Applying CSS rules to your links using Dreamweaver will deactivate underlined links.

Select "Ignore" from the context menu to ignore the error and remove the underline. If the same word appears multiple times in the document, select "Ignore All" to remove all the underlines at once.
