This fee is for T-Shirts. When your item is sold, ROBLOX takes a cut of the purchase. For T-Shirts, Shirts and Pants, this cut is 70/30, with the creator of the clothing receiving 70% revenue.

Only members of the Roblox Builders Club can make shirts and pants but no membership is required to make a T-shirt.
