Roblox RBLX announced that it is coming to Meta Platform ’s META Quest virtual reality (VR) Headset 2 and Pro, starting with an open beta , which will hit Quest’s App Lab in the coming weeks ...

“The Open Beta on App Lab is a vital time for our developers to experiment, learn, and iterate on their VR experiences before Roblox is ready for full release on the Meta Quest Store,” they said.

You and others will also have access to a large, new library of content on Meta Quest devices. In the coming weeks, the makers of Roblox will release an open beta on Meta Quest’s App Lab.

It was also noted that since the app remains in beta mode, both Roblox and Meta are still giving developers a chance to test out the game and find ways to make the experience more optimized for VR.

The Roblox open beta is restricted to Quest 2 and Quest Pro headset users. Because it won't be available in time for the test, the impending Quest 3 wasn't included in the announcement.
