Click the Visual Basic icon in the ribbon's Code tab to launch the Visual Basic for Applications window. Select the macro in the window's Project box that you want to read Excel's data.

Launch Visual Basic 6 or Visual Basic Express. Open the project file in which you want to create a module and command button that creates an Excel spreadsheet from selected data.
