If you need to turn a physical document into a digital copy so you can easily send or manipulate it, then you'll need to follow these steps to easily scan it.

There's no need to use scanner apps before you upload an important document to Drive. Google's app can do that for you on both Android and iPhone.

Within any ol’ note, simply Control + Click to launch your context menu, and select “Scan Documents” from your phone, which should appear at the very bottom of the menu.
