Parler attempted to get back onto the App Store in March, but Apple still found that the service had “highly objectionable content.” The app bills itself as a "free speech" alternative to Twitter.
It looks likely that Parler decided to implement the same additional moderation measures that the app added on iOS to get back into the Google Play Store.
"There is no place for hateful, racist, discriminatory content on the App Store," Apple said in a letter to Parler, obtained by Bloomberg.
