You can recall vital points during your presentation by making Speaker Notes privately visible in PowerPoint. Here's how to use the feature!
Want a backup of your presenter notes in case your computer goes down? Here's how to print a PowerPoint presentation with notes and put your mind at ease.
Launch PowerPoint, if you haven't already, and open the presentation with your trainer's notes. Click the "Slide Show" tab and click "Use Presenter View" in the Monitors section on the right.
If there are speaker notes configured with that particular slide, they'll appear at the bottom of the screen in that text area. Speaker notes are on a per-slide basis.
To add notes to your PowerPoint, you'll need to have your presentation set to "Normal" view before accessing the "Notes" button for individual slides.
Three cheers for presenter view, which lets you see your notes, and thumbnails of your slides, while the audience sees just your full-screen slides.
Start using Presenter View in PowerPoint to ditch cluttered catch-all slides and free up the space for punchy and powerful slides that supplement your delivery.
