That is a neat idea Alphi, but how hard is it to manage a notify icon without a form? Honestly, I have done little work with creating and initializing controls outside of designer.

Edit - I just tried running a finished vb.net file that my company uses. This file is also creating new controls extremely slow, where as the months past it was near instant.
