Logan Webb struck out 10 in six innings, and the San Francisco Giants hit three home runs on their way to an 8-1 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday night. Webb (10-8) allowed one run while scattering seven hits. It was his sixth double-digit strikeout game of the season.

Max Kepler and Brandon Marsh homered and Taijuan Walker pitched six scoreless innings as the NL East-leading Philadelphia beat Baltimore and extended their winning streak to three games. Marsh opened the scoring in the second inning with an RBI double that scored Nick Castellanos and added a solo homer,

Christian Koss, Jerar Encarnacion and Willy Adames. Patrick Bailey drove in two runs, and Heliot Ramos reached base four times. Logan Webb pitched six innings of one-run ball and totaled 10 strikeouts to one walk. Matt Gage and Tristan Beck combined for three scoreless innings of relief.
