The next named storm of the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season will be Dexter. The fourth named storm in the Atlantic basin typically arrives Aug. 15, with the average first hurricane forming Aug. 11.

Tracking three areas all in the Atlantic…. Tropical Storm Dexter is moving east-northeast near 15 mph, and over 300 miles north of Bermuda. It will track away from the US and have no impact on land.
