A Montgomery-based Civil Rights Era newspaper has received a historical marker honoring its coverage of historical events.

Walker is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Center with a $90,000 bond. The public is being asked to help identify several suspects wanted for two organized thefts from a Dollar General.
