[Hi Rajiv, Austn and I met today to go over the digital twin application and to discuss data clean up and reassessment of some of the tier rating to ensure that we have the correct tier ratings with the right controls and safeguards in place to properly secure the data. We noticed that the the Mafumeira Sul Digital Twin | Business Application | ServiceNow is questionable and looks like a test application that was moved to buid status. Can you confirm the validity of this application , or it it was creed in error as it says it says in that ACTIVITY log that it was transferred from Sean Bedingfield, who was a previous architect. This application currenty has overdue ACrs and has been flkagged for non compliance that is showing out of compliance in RMO DASHBOARD. We also have the SASBU-Mafumeira Digital Twin | Business Application | ServiceNow pplication which seems to be set up properly and contains the contains all the scope that this business application was supposed to cover. If it was created in error or no longer required, YOU will need to have the business apl;ication retired WITH A JUSTTICATIO IN THE DESCRIPTION so that all the IRM ACTIVITIES UNDE IT WILL GET RETIRE AND CANCELLED.
